Miroir: Refined French Dining and an Intimate Stay

At Miroir, dinner is a full-course French meal crafted with seasonal ingredients sourced from the Shinshu region and beyond. The owner, a French-trained chef, carefully selects the finest produce of the season and prepares each dish with precision—from ingredient choice to cooking technique.

Rather than being bound to specific regions, only the best ingredients available at the time are used. A highlight is the expertly grilled sirloin steak, meticulously trimmed to remove excess fat for a clean, refined taste.

In the morning, guests are served a generous American breakfast. Take your time and start the day right. Egg dishes are made to order—choose from a fluffy omelette, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs with either bacon or roast ham. The omelettes are especially popular for their light, airy texture.

Located just a 3-minute walk from Shirakaba Kogen Kokusai Ski Area, Miroir is perfect for guests seeking a relaxing, high-quality mountain stay.
Miroir has just three guest rooms, offering a peaceful and private retreat for adults. In May 2025, two rooms were renovated into one larger suite, making all rooms more spacious and comfortable. Each room features a private bath and toilet.
