Make Your Stay Even More Comfortable with the 8 Peaks Concierge Service
For just ¥1,000 per person per day during your stay, you’ll receive access to the following helpful services:

• Ski Valet Service
For equipment rented through 8 Peaks Rental only, we’ll deliver your gear to the ski resort you plan to visit the following day—and collect it again when you’re done. There’s no need to carry heavy gear between your accommodation and the slopes. (Please note: ski boots are not included in this service—we recommend storing them in your hotel’s drying room. This service covers skis, poles, and snowboards only. Personal gear is not eligible.)

• Restaurant Reservation Service
The area is full of great dining options, including yakiniku restaurants and izakayas. We’re happy to assist with making reservations. (Transport to restaurants is not included, but we can help arrange a taxi if needed.)

• On-Call Support Service
We’ll stay in touch with your group’s representative via WhatsApp. Whether you’re looking for the best on-mountain lunch spot, wondering which resort has the best conditions tomorrow, or need help due to an injury—just send us a message. Our concierge will provide personalised support and suggestions.

• Ski Resort Guide Transfer Service

We can arrange guide to your preferred ski resorts at your desired times.Please note that an additional fee applies for this service.

Example:Pick-up from your accommodation at 9:00am and guided visit to Pilatus Tateshina.At 1:00pm, transfer and guide to Royal Hill.Finally, at 4:00pm, return to your accommodation.
However, please note that due to driver availability, we may not always be able to accommodate your preferred schedule.We kindly ask that you make your reservation at least 3 days in advance.

Please note:
– The same daily fee applies to both adults and children.
– The service is charged for every day of your stay and cannot be partially applied (e.g. for selected days only).

To sign up for the Concierge Service, please speak with a member of the 8 Peaks staff upon your arrival at the resort.

 

8-Hour Attendant Service
This premium service includes a private guide and a minivan for up to 6 guests.
Choose any 8-hour window between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, and your guide will be at your service.
The total cost is ¥100,000 per group.
If highway tolls or parking fees apply, they will be charged separately.
If you’re staying at Yamaura Stay, this service can help make your experience much smoother and more enjoyable.
